too idealistic?

I’m just taking a break from studying and I had a thought. Labeling people is the same as judging them because of all the stereotypes connected with labels. So to truly be a non discriminatory person you must dissociate all the labels which you associated to others in the past and replace them with just two:
1. Your friends and family
2. Everybody who isn’t your friend yet
I think this may be a little too idealistic. I ask myself the question if the world can really live like this. Then I dream about this fantasy world, and think all good things start with an idea first.
